How much you sweat does not necessarily translate to more fat loss or reflect how hard you're working. Some people tend to sweat profusely due to heavy body weight, poor conditioning, or heredity. And everyone sweats more in hot, dry weather or dense clothing than in cool, humid weather or porous clothing. |

Whether you are a busy mom, a time crunched executive or somewhere in between, we can help you get the results you want. All sessions are 60 minutes long. Your first session includes assessment, measurements, goal setup and brief workout. All following sessions are dedicated to helping you meet your goals! Our programs include:
Pricing in effect January to December 2010. Applicable Taxes (GST/HST) will be added to price at time of purchase.
All payments are due before sessions begin. Rates are based on sessions taking place at home/condo gym or outdoors. If sessions are to take place at fitness facilities, additional fees may apply. Cheque, Cash or Direct Payment via email money transfer or Paypal (using Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or bank account) are available. A cancellation fee may be assessed for missed sessions. All packages are non-refundable, but are fully transferable. All sessions purchased must be used by expiry date or are forfeited. Expiry dates are set as follows: 2 months from purchase date for 5 session packages; 4 months from puchase date for 10 session packages; 6 months from purchase date for 20 session packages. |
