If you have limited time to exercise, a bootcamp style workout is one of the most efficient programs around. It allows you to get aerobic and strength training done in a single workout which means you'll spend less time exercising. Despite working out less, you'll still burn a substantial number of calories due to the intensity of the workout.

Fitness Freaks Co-Ed FIT CAMP TM

Calling all West Coast Outdoor Enthusiasts! Join the Fitness Freaks FIT CAMP™ and take your fitness to a new level! This bootcamp-style class focuses on strength, agility, core and cardio. Every week is different, challenging and fun! Designed for men and women looking for a high intensity workout but can't commit to early evening classes or several times per week.

Come on out and get a taste of what bootcamp is all about!

WHEN: Saturday Mornings, 8am - 9am

WHERE: Sunshine Hills Elementary ,11285 Bond Blvd., North Delta (Outside) - Rain or Shine. Extreme weather cancelations will be posted on our Facebook Page 30 minutes before class start.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

1. 10 Class Punch Pass $100 Plus HST
2. 5 class Punch Pass $60 plus HST
3. DROP IN for $15 per class plus HST

Ladies Night Out FIT CAMPTM

We take it indoors for fall with circuits, drills, fitness tests and lots of laughs! You can look forward to Fun workouts, Guaranteed results, and some Fantastic conversation on Wednesday nights!

WHEN: Wednesday Evenings 7:10 - 8:10 pm
