Tracy Gibbons

Tracy has a background in individual sports training and competition.  She is a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer and Can-Fit-Pro Certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist. Since 1994, she has been an avid runner, participating in events from 5 km up to marathons, with extensive experience in building training programs for individuals who are novices to experienced athletes.  After 1998, she became involved in triathlon, and completed the New Balance “Half Ironman” in 2003. 

In 2005, Tracy started Fitness Freaks™ to start helping other people, from weekend warriors to seasoned athletes, achieve and exceed their fitness goals. She is also a Fit 4 Two™ franchise owner, operating out of the Surrey and White Rock areas. Put simply, Tracy is a “freak” about fitness!

Calvin Martens

Calvin has achieved personal success through his commitment to fitness and nutrition throughout the past decade. Losing more than 100 pounds while discovering his passion for fitness, he has gone on to become a BCRPA certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. Calvyn is passionate about helping the population get physical! His focus on weight loss programs and well rounded strength training, coupled with his wicked sense of humour keep his clients coming back for more! He is definitely a “freak” about fitness.

Tracey Almeida

Tracey Almeida has been active in fitness and sports for over 10 years. As a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer, Group fitness Leader and a mother, Tracey understands the commitment and dedication it takes to integrate fitness into a busy lifestyle. As a trainer, Tracey’s goals are to enhance the quality of life of her clients by educating, motivating and providing the tools to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. An avid runner; Tracey has completed several ½ marathons and triathlons. She has coached numerous running clinics and is a firm believer that exercise should always be safe and fun. Tracey instructs bootcamps, core-conditioning, weight training and Spin classes. Tracey feels that we live in the most beautiful place on earth and what better place to stay active!
